Hi @Sophocles1, sorry to hear you're having the same problem.I've just spoken to again, who confirmed it's a glitch in the system and will pass my details on to get it fixed within 48 hours. Delete app from your "all apps" folder 3. Reinstall the app. Thx for the help. Solution. One fix for this issue is to clear the cache data for Google Play Services and the Google Play Store.
